What is Athlete Insight?
Athlete Insight is a multidisciplinary inventory of performance potential that recognizes risk factors and compensations in dynamic movement. We provide an assessment of sensory input and motor output to help athletes unlock their full potential by clearing compensations in movement that their brains and bodies have retained from development, training, or from previous injury.
We developed this system by combining over 75 years of clinical knowledge in multiple therapeutic paradigms with an understanding that sensory information drives motor control.
Our treatment coordinates movement plans that “Feel Right” and will correct compensation in performance.
We help athletes achieve their performance goals.

Our Team.
Over 75 years of clinical experience and a shared thirst for knowledge of human movement and injury prevention has brought us together.
in 2020 We were asked “why are so many teens suffering non-contact ACL tears?”
We went to work on the sensory/motor integration for movement and found the reasons conventional therapy and strength programing got inconsistent results that would not hold up under fatigue or stress. We created a new map of the amazing interaction of the nervous system and musculoskeletal system. By assessing the roots of human movement and the neuromuscular motor pathways we have identified subconscious patterns of compensation that will not change unless the sensory input is corrected. This is Athlete Insight.
Steve Hauer
Founder, PT/ATC
Steve’s work in early intervention for kids that do not meet developmental milestones reflects what we see in athletes. His focus is on the Vestibular and Ocular systems and how they affect movement. His passion for correcting compensation in movement started this journey.
Aaron Pavlechko
Founder, Educator
“Pav” is the coach. Director of the Integrative Bodywork School of Massage Therapy where He trains the massage therapists of tomorrow. He uses Neuromuscular therapy and fascial release with athletes at all levels to increase performance and speed recovery.
He works with College and Olympic athletes as a provider for Team USA.
Jesse Weaver
Founder, LMT. Certified Rolfer
Jesse has spent the last 15 years compiling a level of education in soft tissue that is unmatched. he has worked in all areas of Bodywork and somatic therapies. Jesse is focused on structral stability in movement.
